I Highly recommend Tria oil. I have been with them for years in Kanturk and Skibbereen. I paid a weekly amount via dd to my Tria account and it was a great way to save for the big fill for winter. DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They ask for up front payment. Gave a delivery day 3 days after order. When called on the due day was fobbed off once again to the next day without reason or apology .

As always and without fail (For over Ten years Now) Tria city oil delivered incredibly quick.I have ran out of oil before and again recently,and without Fail Pat and Stan were so helpful in Getting Home heating oil to me .As much as they were busy they understood my plight and managed to get to me next Day. My wife and child were so grateful as cold weather without heating is not Very inviting.From the Admin staff to Drivers Tria City Oil have been superb.Thanks and regards,William Rice

I had forgotten what great customer service was...by far the best I've experienced from any business in a long time. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful and Pat and Cathal went above and beyond to deliver a new tank and fill of oil exactly when needed. As a new customer I was so impressed and won't look beyond them in the future.

Very disappointed in the service. After paying upfront I was advised the oil would be delivered the following day, when it didn’t arrive I called and was again advised the oil was on the truck for deliver that day. It’s now been 4 days and absolutely no correspondence from Tria, no reply to my emails. I called them this morning and was told my order will not be with me until next week. At this stage I am completely out. Very very poor service.

This morning I realised I was out of home heating oil. I rang Tria oil and spoke to a very understanding and courteous lady. The oil was delivered within 2 hours by a very polite and efficient driver. Tria oil gave a very quick and efficient service. I highly recommend them.

These guys are fantastic to deal with. We were in the process of selling our house during the recent cold spell and hoped we would be out before our oil ran out, but due to the cold we had to use more and got caught out. We have always found West Cork Oil to be really efficient and responsive with their deliveries.However, this time water had got into our tank unbeknownst to anyone.We only discovered this when they delivered a new tank full of kerosene, which must have disturbed the water and made the boiler stop.The next day when we rang them they, responded quickly, and Aiden, who came out to us sorted it all out with a smile.The icing on the cake was when he told us that there was no charge for this help "It's all part of the service." Very impressive.
