*The Small Print: Oil must be ordered, paid and then processed by our office to be deemed “complete.” Order processing takes place from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 4pm on Saturdays. Order processing does not take place on Sundays or Bank Holidays. In the event that you have ordered outside of processing hours, or on Sundays and Bank Holidays we will process your order on the next available working day. Once your order is “complete”, we will endeavor to deliver your order within 48 hours. Mitigating factors that may impact this may include, but are not limited to; Adverse weather conditions, Incorrect order detail errors, Customer non-availability to meet delivery if required, busy periods of high product demand and Delivery vehicle breakdown. If your order is urgent, you should not order online, you should call our office during business hours and we will prioritize your order.
Your online order will be confirmed by email from email@example.com – this is your receipt and should be retained for your own record. Should you require a VAT receipt, please contact the office on 1800 470 470 or email firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number in the subject.
